Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στους πρόποδες του Ολύμπου, σε ήρεμη τοποθεσία με υπέροχη θέα του βουνού και της θάλασσας. Αποτελείται από τρεις ορόφους υπόγειο, ισόγειο και πρώτο όροφο. Ο χώρος που νοικιάζεται βρίσκεται στον 1ο όροφο. Περιλαμβάνει 3 υπνοδωμάτια, ένα μπάνιο/WC , ένα μικρό μπαλκόνι και σαλόνι με μπαρ. Για την είσοδο  στον ενοικιαζόμενο χώρο υπάρχει ανοιχτή εσωτερική σκάλα που επικοινωνεί με τον διάδρομο της εξώπορτας του ισογείου.(Ο ιδιοκτήτης διαμένει σε κάποια από τα δωμάτια του ισογείου)
