Traditional 16th century italian stone house

Traditional italian stone house by BORGHI VENETI, completely renovated using original materials and techniques. Most of the decoration and furnitures are from local antique markets. The house is located in a very quite "borgo" not many cars, just the sound of the river and birds while you are enjoying your al fresco dinner in the private garden, under the wisteria canopy. Strategically located in the center of the region, close to Bassano, Venice, the mountains and many historic small cities.

La posizione è centrale e offre nel raggio di pochi metri un alimentari, due panifici, due ristoranti pizzeria e un ufficio postale. La struttura si trova nel percorso Giro delle Fontane, passeggiata nella natura che permette di scoprire molti angoli suggestivi di questa località. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge with separate freezer, microwave, an electric oven, gas stove, a other tools. Are complementary also a washer-dryer, a 42"smart TV and free wi-fi. Outside of the house we have, a big terrace with table, a private parking spaces, a car box and big garden.

Nice apartment with air conditioning, washing machine and some outside space. 100 metres from a bus stop and a shop selling fresh fruit and vegetables and everyday groceries. If you are interested in local food and wines, we can give you some advice on nearby shops and farms. Larger supermarket open 7/7 less than 10 mins away (on foot). The town's castle (on the Prosecco Hills) is a 20 mins walk away. We live close by, we speak Italian but out sons help us welcome foreign guests.

Da qui si possono raggiungere facilmente MAROSTICA, BASSANO DEL GRAPPA e ASIAGO. Si tratta di un luogo intimo, rilassante con la possibilità di uscire in escursione sia a piedi che in bici nelle verdi colline circostanti. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, viaggi di lavoro, famiglie (con bambini) e animali domestici.

La casa ha subito un restauro conservativo, che mantenendo fede all’aspetto originale, ne preserva l’uso ai fini del soggiorno e residenza. La casa è dotata di una camera al primo piano con un letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli affiancati.
