"The Lodge" is a beautifully finished self contained holiday let in the middle of a working alpaca farm with over 100 alpacas and llamas grazing in wildflower meadows surrounding The Lodge. The Lodge is fully equipped with modern facilities. Tastefully decorated, fully insulated and centrally heated, The Lodge is perfect for peace and tranquillity whilst maintaining every creature comfort. It is located off a country lane so is very peaceful & surrounded by countryside for many different walks & the renowned Piltdown Golf Club is only a stone's throw away. The view from the lodge overlooks the farm and surrounding fields, providing a perfect backdrop to savour your morning coffee on your private patio.

Hundred Acre Studio is a charming retreat down a private track on the Ashdown Forest. In the heart of Winnie the Pooh country, it is a perfect base for exploring the many pubs, beautiful walks, vineyards, heritage railway, and National Trust properties in the area. Close to the South Downs and the coast, as well as nearby Tunbridge Wells with its historic old town and weekly summer jazz nights. It is the ideal country getaway; private, quiet, and with everything you need for a break.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Taylor’s Lodge is set in beautiful surroundings overlooking a private lake. We have ducks, chickens, two cats and a friendly dog. Enjoy feeding the fish, you might even see the heron on his daily visit! No fishing please. We are set in 4 acres with beautiful walks to Buxted Park, Ashdown Forest. There are two pubs within a short walk, both excellent food. Our lodge is fitted out to provide a comfortable stay with nature in abundance.

The Bull Pen

Set in a peaceful farm location, The Bull Pen is on the edge of the wood, overlooking the pond. It is recently converted, upcycling wherever possible. The farm includes award-winning ancient woodland run as a nature reserve - great for a quiet weekend away, or a longer rural retreat. Highlights include butterflies, bluebells and nightingales in season. The village of Barcombe is within walking distance and Lewes and the South Downs are a short drive away.
