Nestled on a wooded five-acre lot, this very special Pine Point, Maine property has been loved and enjoyed by our family and friends since 1929. The main house affords an opportunity for you and family or friends to enjoy the ambiance of a time-gone-by.

Bright 1400 sq ft open concept condo sleeps 8 ( 4 beds) with a couple minutes walK to 7 miles of Pine Point Beach or walk along the beach to Old Orchard Beach Pier amusement park. Seafood restaurants in Pine Point close to the condo, some within walking distance ( Clambake & Salty Bay ). You can walk or rent a bike from Pine Point Beach to Old Orchard Beach (2 miles) for the night life or take a nice 15 minute ride into The Old Port, Portland.

Stay at an upscale ranch home built in 2019 located steps away from beautiful Kinney Shores Beach in Saco Bay. Enjoy beach walks and finish the day eating at one of the premier local restaurants.
