We are a short drive to Vevay and Warsaw, and basically 45 minutes from Cincinnati, Louisville, Aurora, Lawrenceburg and Madison. Visit local wineries.

Elk and water buffalo love to take a swim in the pond that Elk Ridge overlooks as well. Enjoy the natural scenery in the evening around a firepit on the waterfront deck. Norris Lake - Kimbo’s Kabin

You won’t forget your adorable little “boat house” vaca! THE HOUSE IS FLOATING ON THE WATER & CAN ONLY BE REACHED BY WATER. You must either bring your own boat OR kayak OR rent a pontoon boat. Shore access can be via our SUP/kayaks once at the house. Please note there is no wifi. Lots of room to lay your heads, shower/change, and cook meals. All day water fun outside with kayaks, lily pad, & floats. Located at Powell Valley Marina in LaFolette! QUIET HOURS 10pm-8am

"Jolly"- Houseboat Getaway

"Tiny house on the water"! Jolly is a 42ft Holiday Mansion. Baywater Landing buzzes with watermen & boaters by day & is a peaceful stargazing hotspot by night. She features a master suite & deck areas to enjoy! 35 mins from Ocean City & Assateague Island. 45 mins from Chincoteague Island. Jolly remains docked, but guests have access to kayaks and paddle boards at no additional charge. Baywater Landing is secluded- some even say "boring"- but we think that's the whole point!

Book your late spring and Summer stays now. Completely renovated in 2024. Absolutely nothing like it on Lake Wylie. Owned and operated by certified Coast Guard Captain. Available as AirBnb and also for an additional fee lake tours are available. 2 hour minimum. The houseboat is at Joyners Marina on Lake Wylie across from Poppa Docks, and has vast lake views and the sun rises and sets over the houseboat. Treat yourself to a staycation and relax on the lake.
