Nestled down at the end of a leafy private lane, this charming two-bedroom Cottage has character and charm. Relax with the family or friends at this peaceful place to stay. The Beach is a pleasant stroll away through the fields down to Porthilly and along past the sailing club. Its only a few minutes away from the village and amenities, which include a delicatessen, bakery, fish & chips shop, butchers and general store. Within the local area there are a wealth of excellent restaurants and pubs.

Quirky Flat nr Beach (Thu-Thu during Summer Hols)

Our flat is one of 4 in an Edwardian house. It has a homely, peaceful atmosphere, a large shared garden & sea views. It's a 5 min walk to the beach & 8 mins to shops & restaurants. It has an old fashioned, shabby chic holiday home feel. You'll be getting our home with it's various quirks and our personal belongings in it. We aim to leave it clean and in the best state of repair we can :) We take bookings Fri - Fri for practical reasons. Please message me if you're after different days.

Enjoying sea, coastal and rural views, Quarry Cottage is the perfect place to enjoy a North Cornwall holiday. A footpath from the garden leads directly down to the beach, surf and shops of Polzeath. The house accommodates 6 people in 3 beautiful bedrooms, with three spacious entertaining spaces. It has the advantage of a large garden and a spacious sun deck. The conservatory provides an extra living/dining area from which to enjoy the gorgeous views. The outdoor shower is also a highlight!

Although the house can accommodate up to 8 guests, The Headland could also suit smaller parties of 2 and 4 as the house feels intimate, cosy and comfortable throughout. This delightful home has a large mature south facing garden, great for families, kids and dogs, and is in full sun for most of the day.

At No.4 Tidesreach the beach is a stones throw away from your doorstep as are the restaurants and shops. The newly refurbished end studio is a snug place that is perfect for a young family or couple. There is direct access to the back of the property so you can shower off from the beach before entering the studio. Nestled in the heart of Polzeath you will have perfect access to venture onto the coastal paths. To explore Daymer Bay and Rock or the rugged coastline to Lundy Beach.

Well positioned beach accommodation right by the sea in Polzeath with own parking. Happily sleeps 4, can sleep 5 or more (has a double sofa bed in lounge) Perfect bolthole for beach, coastal walks, local shops, pubs and restaurants - all walking distance. Own parking makes coming and going easy and a lovely central location to explore Polzeath. Has two outside areas, front patio with view of the beach and back patio with washing line and privacy, also access to the village.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Games room with pool table. Completely on its own no neighbours, with 5 acres of private meadows with a stream to roam. All bedrooms have en-suite facilities with super king and king size beds In the main bedrooms. Private fishing lake and bird hide. Stunning views of the valley. The nearest beach is 5 minutes away. Very close to beaches including, Porthcothan, Treyarnon, Harlyn Bay. Padstow is a short drive away.

The Lodge

The lodge, is tucked away on the far side of New Polzeath, with views of Pentire Point, a garden with great sea views 5 meters from the front door, and a large communal garden that rolls down to beautiful Baby Bay, whilst only being a stone through away from the hustle and bustle of Polzeath. From the lodge you can relax on the beach, ramble out on the dramatic North Cornish coastal path, or enjoy beautiful sunsets on your private balcony.

Jay is a Lovely 2 bedroom bungalow just steps from the beach , shops and restaurants in the centre of Polzeath. Brand new kitchen , shower room , bi fold doors and new flooring throughout plus new corner sofa. New decking ! Private parking and south west facing enclosed garden. Large deck with garden furniture and bbq leads onto the garden with summerhouse and sun loungers and painted interior using tones of grey and white !

Our 2 bedroom beautifully furnished home-from-home apartment is situated in the heart of Polzeath, has stunning views and within walking distance of the beach. The great location and surrounding countryside is ideal for couples and families alike. To ensure the apartment is cleaned as per Covid guidelines, check in is now 4pm Please be aware that during July and August, we only rent the apartment Friday to Friday. Thanks
