Everyone will feel comfortable in this spacious and unique accommodation with a beautiful view. The apartment is located on the floor of a family house built more than 100 years ago when it served as a barn. It was rebuilt to become an idyllic home on the hill near the medieval town of Motovun, close to the Parenzana cycling and excursion route, Istirian therme and aquapark Istralandia. A garden with the olive groves, animals such as cats, dogs, goats and rabbits gives a special exiperience.

This garden guest house apartment is ideal for a couple looking for a getaway, family with kids or a small group of friends. Few steps from the only city centre beach and Euphrasian Basilica in the Historic Centre of Poreč. There is a free parking for a car in the garden - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are allowed with charge of 8 euros per day that is payable upon arrival. This is an apartment that accomodates up to 4 people (4th person sleeps on a sofa in the living room, best for short stays or children). The 66 sqm fully equipped apartment with AC is on the 3rd floor (NO elevator, sorry ;) of a building block in a residential area of Poreč (Case popolari :). The beach and the center are 10 minutes by walk away.

The apartment is 54m2, with a fully equipped kitchen and living room in the same big space, a separate bedroom, bathroom and balcony. It is equipped with air-conditioner, satellite TV, WiFi, radio with MP3 player. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
