This bright and airy 3 bed (king, queen & bunkbeds), 2.5 bath family friendly private townhouse is right on beautiful Sproat Lake. Grab a glass of wine on the balcony off the Primary Bedroom. Enjoy the Dock Access, Swimming area and Fire Pit area or relax on your own private deck with BBQ and fire table which spans the width of the unit. Come visit sunny Sproat Lake and recreational opportunities. Bring your own watercraft for use at the private slip.

The suite is located 5 minutes off the highway and 2 minutes from West Coast General Hospital in a quiet residential neighbourhood - no loud music or partying is allowed at any time.

The cottage offers TV, laundry, wifi, and self check-in. Hike or bike the Alberni Valley's recreational trails, visit Stamp Falls Provincial park (just across the road), or take a day trip to Tofino and Ucluelet.
