The flat is unique with 3 sides, East, South and West. We have sun inside the apartment from the morning to the evening all year. It's in Albufeira center in the historic part (Old Town) near historic sites and 5 minutes walk from Peneco beach. Each bedroom has 2 windows with great views to ocean and Albufeira old town monuments. If you come with a car you can park in our street or in a huge parking behind the building, it's free and safe. It's on the top floor in a tradicional building with just 2 floors. The apartment includes 2 double bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms The living room with a white stylish décor features a large flat-screen TV with internacional channels, a Chesterfield style couch and a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances and utensils for guests to prepare their own meals. In addition, and due to the apartment's excellent location, guests can easily walk through the Old Town streets and find a restaurant serving the famous Algarve fish and seafood specialitie. For 1 week stays we include at the middle of the week, a complete cleaning. For stays with more than 1 week the cleaning will be 1 time per week.
