The "Ai Rododendri" apartment is immersed in the greenery of a small hamlet of Pray Biellese and from its large panoramic terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the town, Mount Barone and Valsessera. It is a 3-minute drive from the town center, 15 from Oasi Zegna and 30 from Bielmonte. It can accommodate up to 6 people thanks to the 2 double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. There is a large entrance, a kitchen, a bathroom and private parking. Summer swimming pool in the village.

A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. The furniture is very nice: wood above all, but also more lively colors, and modern comforts. Quiet excursions, both on snowshoes or ski.

Il mio alloggio posto a 600 m d'altezza, è vicino a boschi e sentieri in posizione tranquilla con gradevoli spazi esterni. Comodo posteggio privato proprio sotto casa. E' adatto a coppie, famiglie con bambini e animali. E' a piano terra, può ospitare persone con problemi di deambulazione. Nel cuore della VALSESIA, a pochi KM dal Lago d'Orta e Maggiore, a 5 Km da Varallo Sesia città d'arte con il Sacro Monte e la Pinacoteca e per escursioni in alta e media montagna nella Valle del Monte Rosa.

Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.

Villa Alba presents itself with spacious and bright rooms, a panoramic view of the mountains and at the same time the relaxation of a Finnish sauna and jacuzzi. The outdoor spaces are very pleasant and usable: veranda with sofa and armchairs, balcony, garden, pergola with table and benches.

Federica has created a PRIVATE area immersed in the tranquility of nature, ideal for unwinding. You'll find the Skyroom, a tiny house with windows overlooking the lake, complete with a retractable transparent roof for admiring the sky. There's also a gazebo with a table and loungers, and a fully equipped bathroom, all for the exclusive use of the skyroom. A delicious breakfast is included, and for those who want it, an EXTRA is the private use of the lake-view jacuzzi

Year-round activities are available in the area: skiing/snowboarding in winter, rafting on the Sesia River from spring to autumn, mountain trails, a municipal swimming pool throughout the summer, key shops, walks along the Sesera River in Pray, and close to Lake Orta and Lake Maggiore, as well as the cities of Biella, Milan, and Turin.
