Das Haus befindet sich am Nordufer des Zeller-Sees und ist zweistöckig ausgeführt. Im Erdgeschoß ist ein großzügiger Wohnbereich, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit großem Essbereich und Zugang zur überdachten Terrasse. Zusätzlich ist ein Schlafzimmer sowie ein WC vorhanden. Im Untergeschoß befinden sich 3 Schlafzimmer sowie 2 Badezimmer, eines davon mit WC. Der See ist in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Das Zentrum von Zell am See ist 1,5 km entfernt. Auf Wunsch Frühstücksservice möglich!

As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. Direkt am Tauernradweg mit Ausblick auf die Bergstation der Areitbahn und die umliegende Natur, findet man hier die perfekte Auszeit. Eine frei stehende Badewanne und unsere Zirbenholz Sauna gehören sicher zu den Dingen welche man anderswo nicht so leicht findet.
