Svaka prostorija ima klima uređaj te električne rolete. Parking je također dostupan.

Na drugom katu su dvije sobe s bračnim krevetom i zasebnim kupatilom.Kuća ima više terasa: privatnu uz kuću s pogledom na grad i rijeku te prostranu središnju terasu s roštiljem.

Our apartment was renovated in 2024 & is fully functioning. The façade and outer environment are currently under construction.
