Set in our garden alongside a thatched Grade 2 listed house. With its own small patio/garden. Perfect to catch the sun, unwind and enjoy an outdoor meal or a glass of whatever is your fancy. This Somerset hamstone cottage is a 3-minute walk to the village centre which oozes life with butchers, bakers, pub, deli, greengrocers and lots more.

Perfectly suited for one, the property includes kitchen, shower room + wc and bedroom with sat tv. We also have good transport links (A303) to Yeovil, Taunton, Bristol etc and are only a 30 minute drive from the delightful Jurassic Coast.

The Jurassic coast is from 40 minutes by car. West bay, Lyme Regis.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.
