Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Seherezada housing complex consists of one villa and two additional houses located in a quiet and peaceful area away from traffic noise, with a large 5000m2 yard surrounded by beautiful, wild and unspoiled nature, ideal for relaxation. Available within the complex is a gym, a basketball/volleyball court and children's playground, an outside kitchen with a possibility of ordering breakfast and other meals. Also, the complex has a big swimming pool with sea water and a closed heated spa.

The apartment is located in a quiet, family neighborhood. 15 minutes walking distance from the beach and 20 minutes from the city center. The neighborhood contains 4 grocery shops and 3 restaurants. Since we are both in retirement, we can provide service almost 24/7. The apartment has 2 balconies to enjoy summer evenings, and an extra bed in case of young children. Breakfast and clothes washing/drying are possible.

You can rest in big garden, take a walk around property (through fields, vineyards and woods) or ride a horse Trojan at our little ranch.

The kitchen if fully functional with all the appliances and dishes. Kitchen towels, dish detergent and sponges are included. The bathroom has a spa shower and a jacuzzi bath for two.
