Self-Sufficient Cottage

The house is self-sufficient. It works based on solar panels and water tanks with filters. Situated just 450 meters from the beach, with beautiful small garden and parking place in front of the gate. The house itself is not located in a secluded place. The house is only for two adults, since there are stairs to bedroom and the water is limited for two people, not suitable for children. FORBIDDEN to charge electric car on the house standard outlet! The installation is not predicted for charging.

Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

Located in the village of Karnevali, the house is less than 10 minutes by car from closest town Žminj, and 30 minutes from the nearest beach. Wake up to the sound of roosters crowing, and during the day, you may see goats, cows, and donkeys greeting you from the other side of the fence.

Ground floor flat is functionally designed with all the necessary space for 8-10 people.
