The villa is yours! From front to back and top to bottom! I am always available by email. We also have a property manager in PV, a housekeeper, gardener/pool boy, and regular maintenance services. As a result any issue that comes up can typically be handled quite swiftly by our local staff. Our maid cleans twice weekly as a part of our rate, the pool/garden service occurs every other day, so guests typically have someone to help them and talk to, with any needed manner. Our staff has been with us for many many years and are quite skilled and experienced in serving our guests. This villa is on Puerto Vallarta's South Shore, which is set among mountains covered in a lush jungle next to Banderas Bay. It's an upscale area filled with incredible nature and luxurious homes. Some of the best beaches are right outside the door. Our secluded and exclusive gated villa community is just moments from Puerto Vallarta's charming and historic Romantic Zone, minutes from town and only ten miles from Puerto Vallarta Airport. Cabs are readily available and for $7 you are in town in ten minutes. The coastal road bus stops in front of our villa enclave every 15 minutes, and for $0.50 you can be in town in 10 minutes flat!! Private parking is included. The villas have security on the premises from 7PM to 7AM every day. Any problems or questions that arise in the evening, can be handled by our security staff. For families with small children, we have pack-n-play cribs, boogie boards, beach towels, and other gear needed for guests who love the beach!

This home away from home, has an fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, with modern air conditioning, 12 ft ceiling with modern fans in each room, a small (cool)dipping pool, rooftop terrace, and a patio with palapas. It's located right on the main street near convenience stores, restaurants, shops, and pharmacies. 10 mins stroll to the beach for breathtaking sunsets and sunrises. Or hit the waves for surfing ride.

Our 800sq ft beachfront casitas are ideal for a couple, a family of three, or just a couple of friends traveling together. The casitas provide total privacy within the openness of the studio layout. The front of the casitas open up onto the patio through a huge 12-foot wide pair of French doors that bring the ocean view and breeze right into your casita. If you like nature Casa Miraflores is the right place for you. The house is located 5 min from town in a quiet area. You will find Colibries, chachalacas and lots of beautiful butterflies. Enjoy the open concept and outdoor lounge area with pool. Have your breakfast on the terrace before you head to the beach. The house has a king size bed with mosquito net in the first bedroom and queen size bed with mosquito net in the loft under the palapa. Bathroom with walk in shower.
