We offer a cozy apartment, located in a brick building with a total of three floors. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a total area of 35 m². The interior is fully furnished with double comfy bed as well as fully furnished kitchen, dressing room and bathroom, together creating a pleasant and functional atmosphere. Location is quiet yet strategically advantageous, with access to civic amenities ( cca 5 min. walk ) and parking available directly at the building ensurinng tranquility.

Enjoy a comfortable stay in this cozy apartment featuring a private entrance and your own parking space right in front of the building. Inside, you’ll find a warm living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and underfloor heating throughout. Relax on the spacious king-size bed (180 × 200 cm) with a high-quality mattress for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom is fully equipped and includes both a washing machine and a dryer. The house is located in a quiet part of the village, but within walking distance, you can find restaurants, shops, a bus stop, and the Kozel brewery.
