Boardwalk has an on-site HOA and maintenance team and 24 hour security. There are 5 large elevators, however, this condo is on the 3rd floor - you can take an elevator or the stairs. No pets, no smoking, and at least one guest must be 25 or older. The unit includes 2 canvas beach chairs and an umbrella set up on the beach (March 1 - Nov 1).
