The house is located on a ski mountain and on the cross-country ski trail. Hiking trails lead away directly in front of the house. In 8 minutes on foot: sports shop, bus stop, swimming lake. Culinary, 5 minutes walk: a café, a pizzeria and 2 restaurants. Or you can get the mushrooms and berries right behind the house...

This 65 m² apartment provides space for up to 4 people and convinces with its tasteful, modern interior with clean lines and pure elegance. Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Parking is available on the property. A bread roll delivery service is available, or you can have breakfast in town (Sattlers, Steffl Bakery). Ski storage for two people at the gondola station is included. Dogs are welcome.
