The restoration has a modern touch with tranquil decor. Our property is private and secluded. The ancient Beltany Stone Circle is 5 minutes walk away and the historic village of Raphoe 2kms away making this the ideal location from which to explore the magic of ‘Donegal’

The Floating Boathouse at Carrickreagh FP250

A unique stay on Lough Erne. This fully floating house boat is finished to an exceptional standard. The accommodation is open plan with a full size double bed, and a sofa bed that converts to a double bed. A travel cot can included upon request. There is a fully functioning kitchen complete with electric hob, oven & fridge. Outside there is a Weber charcoal BBQ for guests use (fuel not included). There is a full shower room. All bedding & towels are provided.

The Black Shack @ Bancran School

The Black Shack is a luxurious, detail-led Tiny House retreat, with a relaxed open plan living space that features soft leather sofas and a wood-burning stove... a genuine treat after a long day exploring the local area (when you're not unwinding in the private hot tub, that is!) A unique farmhouse cottage sympathetically restored with views of Lough Swilly. The cottage is situated amongst a peaceful and rural setting. This is a wonderful space to relax beside the fire with modern facilities. This cosy space boasts many facilities including stove, sliding sash style windows, washing-machine, shower, cooker & oil heating. Letterkenny is a 10 minute drive, Derry City 30 minutes, 2 miles from the Wild Atlantic Way Route

SomeView

The first thing that any visitors say is ‘that’s someview’, hence we named it SomeView. Awarded the Top 1% of homes award based on ratings, reviews and reliability. Up to four guests plus a baby can relax in a beautiful scenic area. Standing 600 feet above sea level with approximately 20 Donegal mountains in view. We are set in a quiet country road with easy 10 minute access to City of Derry airport and the city centre.

The Barn

Entire place . Lovely light airy place with sea views, open fire , sleeps 2. Own entrance to entire place panoramic sea views with access to beach from property . Fully equipped kitchen, complimentary tea & coffee and some kitchen basics oil, flour salt pepper. Dining area, sitting room and ensuite double bedroom. Shower room downstairs in our antique shop which is opened 1-5 during the summer months.
