There are walks on the doorstep being next to the Cwm Clydach bird reserve and the cottage has its own private valley walk with a waterfall. We are situated 3 miles from J45 of the M4 with easy access to Swansea, Gower and the Brecon Beacons. The Swansea Cycle path is on the doorstep. The town is a mile away.

Great base to explore Gower Peninsula (30 mins to Llangennith Beach) and close to the city centre for business visitors (10 minute drive). Caravan is 30m from house and accessed via a path from parking space. The deck is now fully contained with trellis, making it a great place for dogs and small children to play.
