Unplug in this peaceful little getaway. Nestled in the backyard of our little hobby farm near the Wood River, you will be able to visit our alpacas, goat, or honey bees. Sit and relax on the porch, or stroll through the pasture or neighborhood. In many ways, the cottage resembles a tiny house with a small bathroom & shower, kitchen sink, microwave, induction hot plate, coffee maker, plates, glasses & utensils. Many of the restaurants & shopping amenities are located on the north end of Kearney.

There is river access for all kinds of water fun from tubing, fishing, kayaking, and swimming. You can enjoy evening sunsets out on the covered front porch or setup your telescope for some amazing star gazing with no light pollution. The fiber optic connection makes it easy to use your smart devices for entertainment or setup a mobile office to work remotely.

1 Bedroom Shed in Country Perfect for Crane Season

Crane season hot spot! The apartment is located inside a newly constructed shed. It has one bedroom, one bath (shower only, no tub), and a large living room and kitchen with all appliances (no dishwasher). A private pond is located in the pasture outside of the shed for quiet nights relaxing and fishing. It is the perfect setting for nature and bird watching! We do allow pets for a $25 fee. There is a very friendly farm dog on the property, so take note if this will be an issue for you.

Features 2 bedrooms, accommodating up to 7 guests. Perfect for a weekend getaway, spending time in town with family, or near recreational opportunities at Bowman’s Lake or Sherman Reservoir! Features: Free WIFI, electric fireplace, two vehicle off street parking, private entrance with keypad, private antique brick patio.

Eternity Place

This rental is a newer duplex in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the business district and a park. Newly furnished, it has 2 bedrooms, laundry room with washer and dryer, 1.5 baths, kitchen, patio, off street parking, and a single car garage. The duplex will comfortably sleep four (4) adults with potential for one (1) additional guest. No more than 5 guests allowed at any one time. NO PETS. NO SMOKING! NO PARTIES! THERE WILL BE A ONE TIME CLEANING FEE OF $50.

This beautiful home has been fully remodeled with loads of character. Located in the center of town, guests have easy access to all of Kearney. The cozy backyard with a privacy fence features a hot tub, seating area, and outdoor griddle. The custom table and countertops made from 125 year old lumber provide a rustic feel in a modern living space. Everything in the house is new: flooring, cabinets, appliances, furniture, etc. The attached 2-car garage is available for guests.

Cozy Cabin on the River

This cozy cabin is located 5 minutes from downtown Kearney. It sits on the Platte River with an incredible view of the Nebraska sunrises and sunsets. It has a nice fishing lake stocked with bass, crappie, blue gill and catfish. The fishing lake is directly outside the cabin. This cabin is furnished with leather furniture, cable tv, a queen size bed, a double size bed and A/C.

The Hideaway in Gibbon

Our cozy industrial home is the perfect hideaway in Gibbon. Located just 1 mile outside of town, you will be close to the local businesses and restaurants. Gibbon is one of the premier towns in the country to watch the Sandhill Cranes migration and is home to one of the largest traveled railways by the Union Pacific.

Farmhouse Flair

Sun and moon rising and setting are unsurpassed. Cows are pastured right outside the front door. Deer are often seen trekking across the hills and ravines. Many guests return for the peaceful, secluded setting that's only a 10 minute drive on paved roads to anything needed in Kearney.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. In this great CENTRAL location of Grand Island. Close to local restaurants and stores and all amenities. 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, appliances, Washer & Dryer included, Free Wifi.
