Tea and coffee making facilities, TV, hairdryer and free WiFi access are available in the room, which has direct access onto the small garden and patio with a table and chairs. Complimentary continental breakfast is included, and will be left on a tray outside the room each morning . On-drive parking is available for guests.

An airy double room with ensuite shower offering privacy at the front of the house ten minutes walk from the Bombay Sapphire Distillery Experience. There is a local pub, The Watership Down Inn, but please check their web site for opening times, bookings and menus - it is very popular and early booking is recommended. Winchester and Highclere are a half hour drive away as well as other locations in the Test Valley. Continental breakfast included.
