A stunning, cosy cottage located in the Forest of Bowland, Ribble Valley, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Once part of a looming house and barn, this Grade II Listed building has been converted to a lovely cottage with peaceful surrounding views. There are many picturesque footpaths located close to the cottage, and within reach of historical and geological sites with beautiful scenes of wildlife. This is a working smallholding farm, so we must accept no pets to the cottage. No smoking.

Originally built to home local mill workers, Tailors Cottage has been sympathetically restored to reflect the past whilst offering fibre wifi, smart tv's and new fixture & fittings throughout. The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!

Our place is close to Clitheroe Town Centre, The River Ribble, The Trough of Bowland and Clitheroe Castle. You’ll love our place, Its home from home, We want you to come back, we have made it as cosy as we can. You will love it.. We also have a cool Record player with classic vinyl to enjoy whilst having a drink. Wifi is free of charge. There is also a sauna that is free of charge. Pets are welcome. We have a nice garden with various seating areas where you can chill and relax.

Our stylish cottage is centrally located in the historic market town of clitheroe. Nestled on a quiet street, this fully refurbished gem, is just a short walk to all the shops, restaurants and bars. It is ideally placed to visit the local attractions such as Clitheroe Castle and museum, the Grand Theatre, Homes Mill and the Everyman Cinema. There is a pleasant outside space where you can relax before heading out on your new adventures.

Coven Treehouse at Cronkshaw Fold Farm

A self-catering treehouse with double sofa bed and amazing views across our working hill farm and surrounding area. Chill in the hammock under the tree, relax next to the fire pit or cosy up in bed under the duvet. Private hot tub available for hire for an additional fee (£42).
