Hi, Welcome to our charming and freshly renovated apartment in the baroque palace in Perast, built more than 300 hundred years ago. This is a beautiful old stone house with airy rooms, well equipped with modern devices which make the apartment functional for everyday use. In front of the house there is a delightful shared terrace where you can relax and admire the picturesque surroundings. Our house is located in the quiet part of the town, only 2 minutes walk from the seaside (50 stairs).

The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. Uzivajte u prelijepom pogledu na bokokotorski zaliv u starome Risnu koji se nalazi na idealnoj lokaciji u zalivu, sve znamenitosti zaliva su jako blizu a opet dovoljno daleko da isporbate sve skrivene plaze, koje su o ovom djelu zaliva definitivno najljepse. Kuca ima svoju bastu gdje mozete odmarati ili organizovati rucak pod maslinama. Takodje mozemo dodati da je parking mjesto obezbjedjeno u sklopu smjestaja.

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

My family is living on the ground floor of house. Apartment contains 78 square m and it is comfortable even for two families. It has 3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen with all equipment, table, tv, 3 air conditions and terrace. Wi fi is free and parking place of course.

Inside the spiral staircase leads to the top floor living area, which lead to an open terrace with a view looking directly to the Island ‘lady of the rock’ Public transport: bus service between Kotor and Risan The nearest airport is Tivat in Montenegro (about half hour drive from Perast) There are many restaurants along the Riviera.
