Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Upper Pityme has its own small open plan outside area & provides smart self-contained accommodation and countryside views. There is easy access to the stunning beaches one mile walk away. Situated at the top of the lovely seaside resort of Rock,Upper Pityme has it's own private entrance & parking. Includes: double bedroom, open plan kitchen, dining, living space & WiFi . Lovely pub nearby & short walk to local shops, eateries and coast. We also have a sofa (bed ) n the lounge for 2 people.

Our stylish newly built annexe in north Cornwall is a spacious and cosy retreat for two with parking. Enjoy a peaceful and private stay with high ceilings, natural light and a leafy outlook. Wadebridge town is just 10 minutes by foot and the Cornish coast (Rock, Polzeath, Padstow, Port Isaac) only 15 mins by car. With an outside tap to rinse off, our annexe is ideal for cyclists, surfer’s, walkers or windsurfers. Relax on the private patio after a hard day sightseeing. Pets & infants welcome.

Quirky Flat nr Beach (Thu-Thu during Summer Hols)

Our flat is one of 4 in an Edwardian house. It has a homely, peaceful atmosphere, a large shared garden & sea views. It's a 5 min walk to the beach & 8 mins to shops & restaurants. It has an old fashioned, shabby chic holiday home feel. You'll be getting our home with it's various quirks and our personal belongings in it. We aim to leave it clean and in the best state of repair we can :) We take bookings Fri - Fri for practical reasons. Please message me if you're after different days.

A bright & spacious family home with private garden, 250m walk to Polzeath beach. Apr-Oct, min 7 nights, Fri-Fri only. Nov-Mar, min 3 nights. Message for alternatives. The house has a BBQ, smart TV, Ping Pong table, surf boards, books, games and hot outdoor shower. The garden is full of flowers with a south facing deck, perfect for dining outside. 7 or 8 sleep comfortably in 4 rooms. The queen room is small, for one person or 2 cosied up! Compact Studio/loft in Rock near beaches.

This compact studio for two is within walking distance of shops, Porthilly beach & Rock beach, restaurants & wonderful coastal walks close by.Sailing & water skiing are available in the estuary. A good base to stay & get away from it all at an affordable price. Please note that there is no outside space. There is no wi fi at the moment. Parking for one car.

5 Bedroom coastal house at Daymer Bay

This most peaceful of locations is tucked away down an unmade road only 10-15 min walk across fields from the wonderful sandy beach at Daymer Bay. If the proximity to the sea isn't enough there's even beautiful rolling country views to the rear. This light and airy dormer bungalow has recently been renovated.

The Retreat is an Edwardian House with large gardens front and back. The interior retains many original features, but has all the necessary comforts. It is quirky, comfortable and charming. The Retreat is only a few minutes walk from the centre of Padstow, with its harbour, shops, restaurants and walks.
