Situated just off the A30 and 10 minutes from Exeter Airport. If you would like to travel to our local historic city of Exeter, There are train stations in our local villages of Whimple & Feniton both of which have parking. Approximately 20 minute drive from the picturesque beaches along the Jurassic coast.

Enjoy a relaxing stay in a modern, fully-furnished, self-contained annexe surrounded by the National Trust’s Killerton Estate in the East Devon countryside. A perfect location for hikers and bikers with public footpaths and cycle paths on the door step. The local pub and village shop is also within walking distance. Exeter City is just 6 miles away and the rest of glorious Devon is within easy reach by car. Parking for 1 car if require a second space please contact prior to stay to arrange.

A quiet secluded self contained annexe half a mile from the local village of Rockbeare with woodland walks where you can look out for the local wildlife and in the evenings enjoy a sundowner watching the bats and owls. Easy drive to beaches at Exmouth, Budleigh and Sidmouth.

The Stables

Nestled away in Broadclyst, is our recently converted Stables. Just a 15-minute drive from Exeter City Centre and Supermarkets situated in a neighbouring village. The Stables is a few fields away from the local pub, enjoying wonderful countryside walks from the doorstep with Killerton Estate within walking distance. Sleeping 4-6 across two bedrooms, one a king and the other a twin/superking. A double sofa bed is available in living area.  Parking available, garden, BBQ and outside seating.

Cosy recently renovated country 1 bed cottage.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The cottage is an excellent base for a countryside and coastal getaway in Devon. The fully self-contained one bed cottage sits in private grounds with parking and great access to transport links. Just 7 minutes from m5 jcn 29 and Exeter airport or a 12 minute walk from Whimple train station. Exeter has great tourist facilities and restaurants. Well behaved dogs are welcome on the ground floor only. Please don’t plan on leaving your dog alone.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Lake Lodge with hot tub at Farthings Farm

We loved living in Lake Lodge whilst we renovated our farmhouse. Waking up each morning to such beautiful views of the pond is a wonderful experience and a great start to a day. The peaceful surroundings, the sounds of birds, wonderful wildlife and beautiful views will recharge your batteries! We currently keep our horses, chickens, ducks,goats, cats and dogs on the farm and will soon be adding some pigs and sheep. For 2026 we have now added a hot tub on the decking with wonderful views.

Newish barn conversion ‘The Wendy House’ set within the graceful National Trust village of Broadclyst. The Wendy House is a new renovated conversion full of modern convenience despite it being set within the historic 1800’s once working farm. This modern one up one down is lined with the exposed beams of the old Cob barn with modern touches to suit all your aesthetic to daily living needs with a wall hung smart television through to white goods all within the secure gated location

Kindly note this is a NO SMOKING property (including conservatory). Relax with the family at this home in the heart of a beautiful woodland village West Hill near Ottery St Mary. Peaceful relaxation in a cosy stylish clean modern cottage. Parking is in the front and on the road just around the corner of the cottage. Pls note no smoking in the property, if guests smoke inside the house or conservatory there will be a charge of £200. Ty! Tea, coffee, provided.

You won't be stuck for choice and ideal base to explore the area or visit family friends, attend a local wedding or get to and from Exeter airport.
