Our new renovated apartment is situated in the centre of the city, near the bus station and near the main street of Rovinj- Carera. Parking on the street/parking place nearby is chargable (zone 2 and 3-2,00 €/h or a daily card 15,00 €/day). Only for our guests we have organized 1 free of charge parking place, 14 minutes away by walk from the apartment. The apartment is located at the second floor of the building, at the Lacco Square (Trg na Lokvi). Sunny place and beautiful view. Sea view too!

Bianco - Apartment in center

BIANCO - Apartment is located in the strict city center of Rovinj - in the pedestrian area, just across the street from the local farmers' market and fish market. The apartment is situated on the 1st floor of a traditional Istrian building, it has been renovated in 2025 and is equipped with everything you may need during your stay. Furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, SAT TV, AC, free WiFi, this apartment is an ideal place for couples or families to spend the holidays.

One parking space is included as part of the package. The town center is only ten minutes' walk from the flat. The nearest public beach is fifteen minutes away by foot. Located just next to the Arena with the only representative balcony overlooking the Arena and the performances and concerts inside it, this stunning luxury residence also has a full sea view with beautiful sunsets over the whole Pula bay. The villa has 6 bedrooms with large double beds, 2 living rooms with fireplaces, kitchens and sofas. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and 2 more bathrooms in the living rooms. Each bedroom has access to a terrace with stunning sea views. Villa stands on a hill and is surrounded by greenery.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
