It's the perfect romantic getaway or family bolthole. Every effort has been made to maintain the original character of the building by using reclaimed and sustainably sourced materials and local craftsmen. Located at the end of a private drive, the Pump House is a home away from home.

There are nature reserves and stunning walks and only 15 minutes from Gatwick, access to the airport couldn’t be easier. The historic towns of Dorking and Reigate are a short drive away and have a great range of shops, restaurants and antique shops.

You will have the whole cottage to yourself and will be surrounded by greenery and wildlife so it is the perfect retreat from City life. A 15 minute walk from Ockley train station which is approx an hour on the train from Central London and 25 mins drive to Gatwick airport. You will be close to both Leith Hill and Box Hill so ideal for those passionate about hiking and cycling.

Based in West Sussex we are a fantastic base for exploring the South Downs, Surrey Hills or just a ramble to one of our village pubs!
