Die frisch renovierte, lichtdurchflutete Ferienwohnung im alpenländischen Stil wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail und gemütlichen Holzelementen eingerichtet.

Das Sofa wird schnell zu einem gemütlichen Bett. Highlight ist die Whirlpool-Wanne im Bad, sowie der Pool im Garten. The Zur Loipe is just 15 min Walk to the Center and Shops. Just 5 min to the several Skiing Lifts by Car. For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Our House is in a Dead End Street that means no traffic, just the Residens. Suitable for a couple up to 2 kids

With a direct bus connection, only 600 meters away, you can get directly to the city center of Salzburg. A restaurant and bakery are within walking distance. Many excursion destinations can be reached by public transport or by car. This can be parked in the free car park directly at the accommodation.

Der Ederhof ist ein Permakulturhof im Großglocknergebiet, Nationalpark Hohe Tauern. Eine kleine Almhütte mit Erdsauna und einem Feuchtbiotop, etwa 200m von der Hofstelle entfernt gelegen. Die Hütte mit Ausblick auf die Berge und ins Tal ist in ihrer Einfachheit urig und gemütlich. Naturmaterialien verleihen dem Wohnkomfort einen lieblich warmen Charakter. Sie bietet durch Beschränkung auf das Wesentliche Raum für Stille. Die Almhütte ist ganzjährig buchbar.

We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. This quiet apartment with its modern kitchen, a cosy living room and its beautiful view is perfect to spend a relaxing holiday.
