Lovely pub nearby & short walk to local shops, eateries and coast. We also have a sofa (bed ) n the lounge for 2 people.

Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Airstream with Countryside Views near Polzeath

Explore the local beaches, picturesque places, and coastal paths. Situated on Dinham Farm Campsite near Polzeath. The toilet and shower blocks are very close to the Airstream and are well kept. At 31 feet long it is a great space in which to live with a fully fitted kitchen including hot and cold running water. There is a double bed, ample storage and a comfortable lounge area. The sofa bed sleeps an extra guest. Polzeath or Rock are just 10 minutes away as is Wadebridge. Reach Padstow by ferry.

Our stylish newly built annexe in north Cornwall is a spacious and cosy retreat for two with parking. Enjoy a peaceful and private stay with high ceilings, natural light and a leafy outlook. Wadebridge town is just 10 minutes by foot and the Cornish coast (Rock, Polzeath, Padstow, Port Isaac) only 15 mins by car. With an outside tap to rinse off, our annexe is ideal for cyclists, surfer’s, walkers or windsurfers. Relax on the private patio after a hard day sightseeing. Pets & infants welcome.

Our flat is one of 4 in an Edwardian house. It has a homely, peaceful atmosphere, a large shared garden & sea views. It's a 5 min walk to the beach & 8 mins to shops & restaurants. It has an old fashioned, shabby chic holiday home feel. You'll be getting our home with it's various quirks and our personal belongings in it. We aim to leave it clean and in the best state of repair we can :) We take bookings Fri - Fri for practical reasons. Please message me if you're after different days.
