Genieße einfachen Zugang zu allem von dieser perfekt gelegenen Unterkunft aus. Das Zimmer ist modern eingerichtet und verfügt über ein Boxspring Doppelbett (160x200cm), Fernseher inkl. Streaming, WLAN, Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowellen/Bachofen, Geschirrwaschmaschine und Einrichtung. Das Bad verfügt über eine Walk-In-Dusche. Perfektes Studio für Besucher.

Cozy country house with beautiful views; detached; surrounded by greenery; 1.5 km from the village; 30-minute drive to the city, in the heart of a hiking area. Large lawn, terrace with views (pergola), fire pit/grill. The house includes a privat 2-room apartment with a separate entrance, not for rent. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD vehicle is required in snowy conditions! Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to my severe allergies.
