I extend a warm welcome to my cosy and comfortable apartment. It’s located in a semi-central area of Rome that has many nearby links to the Historic Center. Traveling means meeting new people. I like to provide my guests with helpful information. On request, I can provide them with suggestions for undiscovered tours/spots in Rome. A stone's throw from the Colosseum

Apartment in the trendy Monti district, ten minutes walk from the Colosseum. It is located at the 1st floor (the one above the ground floor) and there is no lift. It consist in two rooms: a bedroom and a living / dining room with kitchen and a sofa bed. Fridge, cooker, washing machine, fan, WiFi, a safe in the Bedroom, Air Conditioning (CAVEAT, should it break down and cannot be fixed immediately, will be replaced by fans), etc. Monti district is very lively, not suitable for light sleepers.

L'appartamento si trova in una zona ideale per visitare Roma, perchè molto centrale ma comunque in una strada tranquilla. Si può raggiungere comodamente il Colosseo, i Fori Imperiali e i maggiori luoghi di interesse turistico, così come la stazione Termini è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti e a 100 mt dal Museo delle Illusioni, Il quartiere Monti, rione storico, si trova a poche centinaia di metri da casa. Supermercati, bar e ristoranti sono raggiungibili in un paio di minuti a piedi

The residence I'm offering is new, very bright, tastefully decorated and well furnished. It's located near San Giovanni in Laterano and is perfectly connected with downtown Rome, Colosseo, airports and train stations. The metro "A" stop of Piazza Re di Roma is a 5 minutes walk and right in front of the apartment there is a bus stop 85, they both take downtown. In the surrounding areas there are markets, restaurants, bar, gelato shops and many other shopping stores.
