Nera Etwa House is a charming 100-year-old stone 3 bedroom house, a HEATED infinity saltwater swimming pool+ jacuzzi on the southern Croatian coast. An 8 min drive from the beach and over an hour from Dubrovnik, it's a perfect base for exploring southern Croatia, the Pelješac Peninsula, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The nearest airports are in Split and Dubrovnik. The house offers complete privacy and seclusion, boasting beautiful views of ancient olive trees, rolling hills, and mandarin fields.

Apartman se nalazi na prvom katu obiteljske kuće (100 m2) sa prekranim pogledom na jezero Birina, u blizini Baćinskih jezera, Ušća Neretve i Makarske rivijere. The beach is 70 m underneath the villa, you can also choose to spend your time on the terrace with a private pool and everything necessary for a relaxing vacation. One part of the pool is under the villa ,its designed if its raining or its cold that in the all time guests have heated area pool. Since the villa is located on a slope, it is divided into 3 levels. It can accommodate up to 8 persons in 4 beautiful bedrooms.
