The underfloor heating ensures a pleasant room climate and the black-out curtains for undisturbed sleep. The apartment has a private entrance with small patio outside. Die Loftfläche nutzen wir häufig als Fotostudio und vermieten Sie gelegentlich an nette Menschen. Sie ist für Familien aber auch für Geschäftsreisende geeignet.

Also there is a small kitchen and bathroom. A laundry room in the basement can be used. Parties and other loud events are not allowed in the apartment!
