You'll be incredibly close to all the action and enjoyment of the beach, 30A and Seaside, yet privacy is yours the moment you need it. It’s the best of both worlds. You have access to our private pool with an option to be heated during the cooler months. We do ask a fee of $30 per day to offset our additional costs.

A private oasis situated among lush vegetation and gorgeous oak trees, this property is steps away from the bay and just a 5 minute car ride to all the magic of 30A and beach access. Unique finishes include a heated saltwater pool for those perfect nights in, and 2 picturesque outdoor showers. The main house features 3 beds/3 baths while the guest house features a bunk room with a full bath. This is truly a nature lovers’ paradise to relax in while enjoying all that 30A has to offer.

Small in stature but grand in design, this 30A beach house will wow you. Access to neighborhood pool, gym, & the beautiful white sand beaches a few blocks away. Small Waves is set in the Blue Mountain Beach area, which is well-known for its charm, its restaurants, & its famous ice cream shop. We have an EV car charger for electric cars (no extra fee) plus access to an electric golf cart (extra fee). Bedroom has a king size bed & twin bed & there are also 2 twin beds upstairs.
