This special place, once a dance studio, is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Only minutes to Douglas Lake, an ice cream shop & Chinese restaurant on the same block, walking distance to downtown for shopping. This cozy little 1 bedroom unit sleeps 4 and has a modern, farmhouse vide. We have included a hot tub, grill, and firepit for some outdoor fun and several board games and wifi for indoors. The kitchen is well equipped. There is plenty of boat parking for fishermen too.

The walk out of our home is a great base camp for enjoying all that E TN has to offer. Enjoy the amazing Smokies in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge or Knoxville then come home to enjoy our spectacular sunsets in the hot tub on beautiful Douglas Lake! A rustic glam space with a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, family room, & walk down to lake/swimming/fishing.

The guest suite is a complete private apartment with a separate entrance and driveway, and is on its own level. The rental includes it’s own full kitchen with dining area, Livingroom, work space with desk and a separate large sleeping area. Your bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a seated vanity. The only connection to our house is a locked door to the stairwell. The view from the rental includes lots of trees and a glimpse of the Great Smoky Mountains in the distance.

This studio is on the lower level of our home with a private entrance and driveway. It is the only space on this level. It has a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette and an expansive private covered porch with bed swing and two seating areas. Guests staying 2 nights or more will receive a thank you gift. You will be staying just off I-40 and minutes (20-40) from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge (Dolllywood), and Gatlinburg. We are less than a mile from Douglas Lake.
