Breath-taking views across the countryside yet just a 20 minute walk or 5 minute busride to the university campus and onwards to the city centre. Within easy reach of beaches and Dartmoor and 1 mile from main-line train station. Well-stocked farm shop across the road. The studio is in our garden - here to help and also respect your privacy

Shobrooke Mill Farmhouse

Shobrooke Mill Farmhouse is a peaceful and quintessential English country retreat - a Grade II listed farmhouse with truly breathtaking views across the surrounding countryside. Just a 15 minute drive to Exeter city centre and 30 minutes to the closest beach. A local train station with routes from north to south Devon is within a mile. There is an extensive network of footpaths from the front gate along the famous Tarka Trail with some superb country pubs on the way, including the Beer Engine.

Character Country Cottage with own Private Garden

Characterful three storey cottage forming the end part of our 300 year old Devon cob Farmhouse. The cottage features a modern kitchen, huge Inglenook fireplace with log burner, luxurious wool carpets, low beams, big squashy sofa and a superking size master bed with pretty adjoining twin room on the very top floor. The cottage's own garden has two decked seating areas. Set in glorious rolling countryside near Dartmoor, Devon's gorgeous sandy beaches and the vibrant cathedral city of Exeter.

Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally-located village home in the heart of the Exe Valley. 1 Allocated parking space, plus parking in village square. Short distance (7 miles) to Exeter & Tiverton. Exmoor & Dartmoor (45 mins drive). Travel cot available charge of £20 (incl, bedding and linen) High chair available. Tea selection, coffee, cereals, bread, milk, (non dairy powder alternative) butter, bacon, eggs , jams, all provided. Please notify of any dietary restrictions in advance.

Countryside Cabin with Hot Tub and Tree Deck

Pear Tree Cabin is located in the quiet and peaceful hamlet of Ham in Somerset, sitting in the grounds of a seventeenth century thatched cottage on a quiet country lane surrounded by beautiful countryside. Relax in the hot tub spa after a busy day or share a drink on the tree deck built into a 400 year old Oak tree. Cook in a fully equipped kitchen or enjoy the rain whilst sat in a rocking chair. Snooze in a hammock and then relax in front of a film before heading to a comfy king size bed.

Little Gables - Unique retreat on edge of Dartmoor

Little Gables is located just outside the idyllic village of Dunsford on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. The modern rustic interior is designed for a luxurious and comfortable stay consisting of a spacious open plan kitchen and living area with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk in shower and a built in emperor sized bed (2m x 2m) in the bedroom area with a bath (with a view) in the room.

Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Only a 10 minute drive from the centre of Exeter, West Green Lodge is a beautiful detached dwelling in the picturesque countryside. An idea place for a peaceful stopover, attending a wedding nearby or close to the University of Exeter and city centre. A selection of local pubs serving gourmet food and local beers are within a 10 minute drive or stroll along one of the many scenic footpaths . The Lodge is set in 0.6 acres of beautiful gardens. Luxury lodging, doorstep Exmoor walks and cycling

Kennel Farm lies within the Exmoor National Park on the banks of the River Barle, 1 mile from the beautiful town of Dulverton. The farmhouse has been sympathetically renovated, keeping the original features whilst offering modern comforts. Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. A place to totally switch off, surrounded by wildlife, outdoor activities and birdsong.

The Barn, West Ford Farm

The Barn is part of an historic farmstead. It was built from cob and stone in the 18th century and sits in a peaceful valley, a lovely place to get away from it all and enjoy the glorious Devon country side. It is on the edge of Dartmoor and next to the Two Moors Way. The pretty village of Drewsteignton is a couple of miles away with it's pub The Drewe Arms. The National Trust's Castle Drogo is half a mile beyond that. The Drogo Estate has beautiful walks along the River Teign
