It has been fully updated with a bright interior, new furnishings & all the comforts of home with a/c, full kitchen & laundry. It is steps away from the resort's private beach with swim-up dock, slide and marina. Enjoy a peaceful morning coffee on the large private patio before hitting the beach, or riding the new rail trail and enjoying Mara Lake Life.

Close to golf, wineries, hikes, restaurants, and grocery/liquor store/gas station. No smoking on the property. Hosts live on-site, while you stay in a lovely lower suite walk-out facing the lake!

Parking for your boat trailer, and boat launch 1 min away. Unwind and re-charge enjoying the sunrise or sunset from your beach or deck. Golf course, pickle ball, tennis, gym all 5 min away, fishing in front of the cabin; hiking trails & snowmobiling nearby. Sun Peaks, Silverstar and Revelstoke <1.5 hours driving for epic ski conditions. Sorry, no pets.

Hemlock House

Featuring a family friendly space to enjoy the hot tub with outdoor patio and green space for playing games in the summer or utilize the drying room after a day enjoying the snow in the mountains during the winter. Centrally located in town with nice privacy on a cul de sac but mins to all the great amenities Sicamous offers. Close to the public beach with two paddle boards and two kayaks available for use. Short walk to the playground or many of the great restaurants available to enjoy.

Reconnect with nature in St Ives North Shuswap! We offer a cozy and light filled lower suite with a a huge covered deck to enjoy peaceful evenings. Curl up with a good book, walk to our nearby beaches and water fall and enjoy a restful and restorative vacation!! Our home is a short walk to the lake but not lakefront. It’s a 1 minute drive to the beach or walk in 5-10😊 St ives is a very special little oasis with clear waters and a lovely slow pace to life.

Shuswap Lake beachfront home

This home is nestled in green space on the shore of Shuswap Lake. It has a buoy for a boat, a dock and peaceful surroundings with a private beach. The lake is wonderful for swimming or other water sports. The site has room for an RV or tent. Lots of space for play. A back porch is a great place for shade and reading. Five-night minimum stay in July and August, unless there are vacancies between scheduled stays. Three-night minimum stay in off season months.

With only a 15 min drive into Salmon Arm city centre or 10 min into the town of Enderby there is never a loss of adventures to be found.
