Beautiful expansive grounds and a nice patio area for relaxing or BBQing. Note: this is the apartment on the ground floor, not the main house and does not have a balcony, but has a patio.

Blocks away is all Los Feliz has to offer from fun restaurants and eclectic shopping to grocery stores and ice cream, and minutes from Griffith Park.

It has been newly remodeled with a full feature kitchen and bathroom.

Our spacious one bedroom guest apartment locates separately on ground floor of our home in Silver Lake. There's big bedroom with queen size bed , big bathroom with shower/bathtub, hallway with entrance door to the street, fully equipped eating area but no kitchen sink/stove. Parking is free at curb. Most suitable for guests who just need a comfy place to sleep. We currently HOST ONLY ONE GUEST. Pls kindly read through our rules before booking.
