Langland View is a delightful cottage 50 meters from the Golf Club, 150 meters from Langland Bay, the Brasserie, public tennis courts and the coastal path. You have exclusive use of this spacious property and outdoor terrace with fabulous sea and golf course views. Mumbles village is a brisk 20 minutes walk. The house is family-friendly, dog friendly and great for friend groups, but please no loud parties.

A 20 minutes walk to the village of Mumbles, quoted in 'The Times' Jan 2023 in Britains 22 poshest villages and renowned for its foodie scene and independent shops. Unwind in a cosy, comfortable and contemporary beach style home. We are dog friendly with an enclosed garden and private parking which is a rarity in Mumbles.

Refurbished in 2021, Ty'r Felin is a modern three-bedroom bungalow with an open plan kitchen, living and dining area. It boasts a log burner and a six seater hot tub. There is an ensuite shower room, a family bathroom and a separate toilet. There is also a sweeping garden with a patio with beach views. Situated in the breath-taking Pembrokeshire National Park, Ty’r Felin is moments from the beach and coastal path. There is also a pub/cafe between us and the beach.

Castle Park Cottage- 360 countryside & sea views

Castle Park Cottage is a self contained bungalow with a lounge with full height window and views of the rolling hills, kitchen, bathroom with bath and in bath shower and 2 bedrooms. Decoration is modern and slightly quirky. The cottage sits within our main house gardens. We live in the countryside with 360 degree views. You can see the countryside down to the sea and Caldey Island from the cottage bedroom windows. All the main attractions are within 30 minutes drive.

Sandtops Cottage with HotTub

Sandtops cottage is a self contained 2 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage on one level to the rear of our family home in Penally with private terrace, hot tub, sky tv, wifi, parking and a 10 minute walk from the beach. Penally is a picture postcard village, with 2 pubs and restaurants, a railway station an hourly bus service and just a few minutes drive to Tenby or a 20 minute walk along Tenby's South Beach. We welcome well behave dogs as we have 2 of our own.
