1)Beautiful newer build house on 2 acres 1800sq/ft with 3 BR and 2 bath sleeps up to 8. 2)Has a large above ground pool 18' x 33' and a large fish pond and outdoor bar/BBQ and tropical landscape parking for 4 cars. 3)15mins drive from downtown Punta Gorda with lots of great restaurants little shops and bars with live music and much more, 7mins drive closest store winn-dixie. 4)10 mins drive to Punta Gorda airport. Located in a peaceful neighborhood with large oak trees on a dead end street.

Modular home on a half acre nice and quiet no bugs in the country but yet close to town. Self check in . Convenience store 1/2.of a mile . No pets. No smoking. Weber grill, picnic table, Keurig K cup, KitchenAid, mixer, toaster, crockpot, 75 inch TV in the living room couch and loveseat both have recliners at each end. 32 inch TV in both bedrooms. Two person kayak with two sets of ores, shark hunting tools.Also an ironing board and iron. Ask for special pricing on monthly rate. Free parking.

* Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature, a full acre with a small pond! Only 45 minutes to most beaches. Beautiful country with small antique town and parks to explore. Private acre close to farm. Walk out the door and see farm animals and a lovely pond. 2 loft bedrooms with queen beds. Downstairs has a daybed. Kitchenette complete with fridge sink and cook stove. Outside bar area on one side and the other has a fire pit and hammock. So the WiFi iffy. . plenty of DVD’s!

This 2.2 cottage located on 10+ acres features waterfront view and ample parking. Tranquility and paradise intersect here. There are multiple buildings on site, so you may see other guests. There are kayaks and canoes on property. First come first serve. There is a boat ramp on property you are welcome to use for boats or kayaks. No smoking and No animals. We are a farm, so we cannot allow outside animals to the property.
