The west side of the home is approximately 80% windows, which allows you to take in the amazing views. Enjoy easy highway access, with only a 12 minute drive to all city amenities.

A firepit awaits to BBQ dinner, or to converse around under the bright starry nights. A private outhouse is a few steps away. Firewood is not provided and it can be purchased through us for $15 per bundle

Clairebear`s home is near downtown area, with the dinosaur trail visible on the front deck next to the river, 5 min walk to visitor centre, fountain, Central Street, reddeer River, detached house, easy access to anywhere. 3 parking spots in total at the back and front. but You need to be careful walking to the front door, for there is no concrete by the stair that leads to the front door. Construction will be done in the spring. and the landlord can speak Mandarin.
