COTC: Log Cabin Glamping

The Cabin on the Coulee is a lovely two story rustic log cabin on a complete section of land (640 acres - 250 ha) that overlooks a 200 acre Alberta coulee, making for an amazing view! It rents as a complete unit that sleeps up to 6 adults with a full bath on the main floor and a half bath upstairs. The cabin has a full sized refrigerator, range, a full kitchen (including dishes, cutlery and cookware), a propane gas BBQ, a wood stove, outdoor fire pits, high speed WiFi and a projector for movies.

This schoolhouse is the smallest one of two on the property. Country living extends to the outdoors on the private patio. Wrap yourself up in one of our vintage handmade quilts, breathe in the fresh country air and enjoy unobstructed views of neighbouring fields. Saskatchewan is touted as the “Land of Living Skies’, and there’s no better place to see the most amazing sunsets, stars and Northern Lights. Hike along the trails that wind through the woods surrounding the cabin or leave the farm to head west to photograph the world famous Alberta Wild Horses.

Cougar Crossing Cabin

Welcome to this private, pint-sized adventure retreat in the forest! Kick back on the deck or around the campfire, cook in the outdoor kitchen and end the day in a plush king size bed. Includes wood burning stove for chilly days, simple kitchen appliances, mini fridge, games and wi-fi (because, life). Bathroom is a separate building with a composting toilet (no shower). Note: this is a hike-in site 400 feet (5 min walk) uphill from the parking spot. Message for discount on 3+ night stays.

The Bunkhouse

Come to relax and experience a taste of the country at RTR Ranch with our newly renovated 450 sq/ft 1905 bunkhouse. Featuring a kitchen, living room, bedroom and en suite with a soaker tub and glass walk in shower. Cuddle up on the couch for a movie or outside on the porch swing gazing at the stars. After a good nights sleep enjoy your coffee on porch swing or a stroll around the ranch! Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and packaged oatmeal is provided. There is so much more to enjoy at RTR!

Raven’s Nest Cabin-tucked away in the trees

Totally disconnect at the Raven’s Nest a back to basics rustic tiny cabin tucked away in the trees. The cabin is close to the main residence but completely private with a private gated entrance and free parking a short walk to the cabin. The cabin is heated by a small wood stove and an oil heater, has a small kitchen area and a loft with a queen bed. Please note there is no running water and the bathroom is an outhouse a short walk away. There is no cell service or wifi at the cabin.

Glamping with The Wildwood

Glamping in Beautiful Bragg Creek, Alberta. Come unplug in our A-Frame on the border of Bragg Creek Provincial Park. 15 minutes from West Bragg, 4 minutes to the Hamlet. Come have a fire indoor or out and let yourself unwind while you camp in comfort. Please note: This space does NOT have a working shower in the winter months and toilet is an incineration toilet (directions on use upon arrival) located in the outhouse mere steps away. In summer months please bring your own towels.

There’s a vintage clawfoot tub and shower outside on the deck, and a new compost outhouse tucked behind at the back of the cabin, how cool is that! Inside is a comfy king bed with soft linens, antique table and chairs, microwave, french press coffee maker , toaster and a BBQ outside. There are lots of lovely shade trees and a shared fire pit area for your own picnics.
