Seaview Stay is cliff top escape with uninterrupted panoramic sea views. Enjoy the wonderful sunset and sunrise in this comfortable stylish 1 bedroom annex with your own terrace and private access. We are a 15 minute drive or a short bus ride into Brighton town centre with the added bonus of a beautiful and quiet location to return home to. Directly on the East Sussex coastal path with the nearest beach access only 5 minutes walk, also a short stroll into the beautiful South Downs National Park.

The Lodge 44a (refreshed in 2025!) is purpose built, STEP FREE, accessible, semi-detached bungalow (shower is NOT wheelchair accessible) on the edge of Worthing a short walk from the National Park. Consists of a King-size en-suite bedroom, very well equipped kitchen, cosy and comfortable lounge/diner/utility room with additional toilet/high end washer/dryer. It has every home comfort, 55" OLED TV incl. full cable & streaming TV. Free off street parking. Own front door. Very fast (secure) Wi-Fi.

The Riverbank is nestled in an RSPB nature reserve close to the South Downs National Park, and benefits from a wide range of bird and animal life. The local pub & village shop are just 10 minutes walk. Perfect for Glyndebourne, Charleston & Firle weddings or explore nearby towns of Lewes or Brighton.

Unique eco sustainable guest house built in 2022 with stunning views over private fields lined with Oak Trees as well as views overlooking a private new pristine 17m swimming pool. South Downs Way Loft ( Tinpots)

The Loft We’re situated a stones throw from the South Downs Way, approximately half way between Winchester & Eastbourne. Ideal for those who are walking/cycling the SDW. The loft is a bright & comfortable studio. Ideally for 2 adults, but a 3rd adult/child can be catered for, a Z bed is available on request. There is a king bed, kitchenette, shower room, 2 comfy chairs & tv. Patio doors to a deck, BBQ, with stunning views onto the surrounding fields. Here you can see the free range pigs.
