Gata is a small town nestled below the mountain Mosor. It is located a few kilometers north of the Adriatic Sea and the town of Omis (6 km ) and 25 kilometers east of Split .Gata located not far from the river Cetina. Beautiful little house in a very quiet and peaceful place.The house built in traditional dalmatian architectural style, in the countryside, in a quiet place. Studio flat has the capacity of 2+1. Accommodation unit size is 23 m2 + 47 m2 (terrace). This accommodation unit welcomes pets at an additional charge.On terace you can make a barbecue. For this accommodation unit the final cleaning fee is included in the total price. Your vehicle will have a guaranteed parking space. The following service facilities are reachable by a walk: supermarket,restaurant,caffe bar.Apartment have a free parking.Near the house is bus station (100 m )to Omiš and Split.

The orientation is east and is located in the quiet part of town, surrounded by residential buildings. From the center it is 10-15 minutes walk away, a pleasant walk along the road, or a 5 minute car ride. City beaches are 10 minutes away on foot, or 4-5 minutes by car (Bacvice, Firule, Žnjan). Public parking near the apartments is free of charge. The city bus station is 100m away. In the neighborhood there are ATMs, bakers, shops, laundry facilities, pizzeria, café with terrace. Apartment has it's own acces, and a paved yard in a front. I live nearby, so I'm availible when needed. The apartment is on the ground floor of a residential building. The city center it is a 20-minute walk away or 5 minutes by car. Walk to city beaches in a few minutes. Free public parking is available nearby. Stone house, jacuzzi, center, 200m from the beach

Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. Open plan, 2-level apartment connected by the staircase - living room/kitchen/bathroom (down) bedroom and terrace (up), in a Mravince, old village near Split, with a panoramic view of Split, the sea and the islands, and the surrounding mountains. Bear in mind that wide-angled taken photos make space look bigger than it actually is, especially lower floor, but since space is for 2 persons, you won't really need more than it has (lower floor cca 30m2, upper floor cca 20-25m2, balcony cca 14 m2).
