Romantic Somerset hideaway

Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Shared driveway next to main house. Not suitable for children or pets.

A charming cottage with recently refurbished sitting room, kitchen & bathroom in Cheriton Fitzpaine, near Crediton. The kitchen features an Everhot range. Bathroom includes large walk-in shower with both overhead waterfall and hand set on riser. Sitting room has wood burning stove & three seater sofa. Quiet double bedroom at back of house. Central village location, community shop directly opposite, two village pubs nearby. Electric vehicle charger available for guest use at additional cost.

Only a 10 minute drive from the centre of Exeter, The Studio at West Green is beautifully refurbished, with its own entrance, and in the picturesque Devon countryside. Ideal for an overnight stop, attending a wedding locally or close to Exeter Uni and city centre. A selection of local pubs serving great food and local beers are within a 10 minute drive or stroll along one of the many scenic footpaths. Rural, cosy barn conversion with stunning views.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Set within the main courtyard of the old farm, is The Cider Barn. The ground floor living space is open plan, with kitchen, dining and sitting area. Wi-Fi is included, as well as a smart television. The ground floor has two bedrooms; one en-suite with king bed and one with a double bed. There is also the family bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Upstairs there is a large bedroom (with loo and sink) and a double and single bed.

Lower Chapeltown Cottage

This cottage is the perfect base for your countryside escape. On entering the property there is a kitchen dining area with patio doors looking out over the surrounding views. Following on from the kitchen, there is the large living space with a pool table. Also on the ground floor there is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower. Upstairs there is a vaulted bedroom with super king bed, single bed and en-suite bathroom. Stepping outside there is a private hot tub and fully fenced garden
