Our newly renovated cottage has been designed to meet the needs of any romantic getaway,fun friends’ trip or small family get away.Close by you will find local pubs, a village shop&Churnet Valley railway. Not too far away we have Tittesworth reservoir, Rudyard lake&The Roches’.Alton towers is just a short drive away as well. Our detached cottage, has a private driveway, the kitchen/diner is a large open space. We offer a brand new kitchen & two large bedrooms which each boast their own en-suite.

Located near the highest village in Britain, Flash, in the beautiful Peak District National Park, 1540 above sea level, in the winter we do get some snow, the Hay Loft has been designed to create a great base for exploring the countryside. On it’s doorstep are; Dragon’s Back Ridge, Chrome Hill, Axe Edge Moor and Buxton. We are only 30 minutes from Mam Tor, Bakewell and Chatsworth House. Curlews fly around the farm. This newly refurbished cottage consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 with double bed and the other with bunks including 1.5 modern bathrooms. Parking for 1 vehicle. Ideal for families and walkers alike. Dogs welcome. There is a small courtyard only but plenty of walks and fields for exercising your 4-legged friend.
