Walk down the path to your mini suite: a cozy studio with an open floor plan, kitchenette (microwave & toaster over), walk-in shower, queen bed, & private deck. Great for 2 guests or a place to work remotely. 5-min walk to scenic lake/trails. We are in a very quiet neighborhood, so it's not a good fit for gatherings or folks coming & going at all hours. Please no smoking/vaping of any kind in/on premises. 10 min drive to GAC, Tanger, UNCG, A&T, Coliseum, Guilford College & 25 min to High point.

The lake house is located in the center of Greensboro, just 5 min. from the best restaurants, shopping, parks and event centers in town, including Greensboro’s premiere Friendly Shopping Center. Wesley Long Cone Hospital is a 5-7 min. drive. It’s 35 min. from High Point's Furniture Market and 10 min. from GSO Airport. The Aquatic Center, Natural Science Center and many local colleges including UNCG, Guilford College, A&T are close. Even Elon, High Point Univ. and Wake Forest are 30 min. away!

Please when booking with us keep inconsideration that this is an older country home 🏡 that we’ve fixed up alittle but not perfect, built in 1940’s. With that being said you can enjoy our small community from Belews Lake and Hanging Rock State Park 30 minutes away . We offer downtown shopping and tubing as well . Greensboro and Winston Salem are 30 minutes away. We have plenty of space for bringing your boats / jet skis for parking to our nearest belews Lake 14 minutes away

It is NOT outfitted for children. SMOKING/VAPING IS NOT ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY. Long term stays welcome! Convenient to the Triad and points beyond. It's safe & quiet, & you can roam most of the property. Multiple security cameras outside. NEW: Fenced-in yard for off-leash playtime for your dog!
