Welcome to the Okanagan, welcome to our home! We'd like to share with you our sweeping lake, orchard and vineyard vistas. Our walkout basement suite has ONE bedroom with a QUEEN bed, one pull-out DOUBLE sofa in the living room and a bathroom with shower. We haven’t a full kitchen, but offer countertop convection oven/ toaster, microwave, induction hotplates, rice cooker and crockpot. We have a gas fireplace for cool nights,TV, books and games. Our patio has partial cover, and of course, a BBQ!

Caretaker lives onsite in a self-contained unit above the garage with his own separate driveway, as required by law.

Welcome to “The Sparrows Nest” your vacation home away from home. Our home is located in Trout Creek, a 5 minute drive from the center of Summerland, 15 minutes to Penticton. The unit sleeps up to 5 people. We want to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible but we ask for quiet time after 11 PM. This 2 level studio has a spacious living area with sofa plus sofa-bed, kitchenette, 1 bathroom and 2 raised lofts with queen size beds.

Lakeview Orchard Studio

This stylish studio is a spacious one-room high ceiling atrium-style room with a mix of modern and antique furnishings. Large windows that surround the entire suite give you a panoramic view of Lake Okanagan, our organic mixed fruit orchard and the surrounding mountains. Our property is at the end of the road, very private and is a sanctuary for birds and other wildlife. We are an activve no spray fruit and animal farm.
